Overview
Büro North partnered with Court Services Victoria to develop a wayfinding strategy for the Supreme Court of Victoria, addressing the challenge of uniting three distinct buildings under a single, cohesive system.
The strategy focused on simplifying the arrival, registration, and court allocation processes to create a seamless experience for visitors and staff. By designing an intuitive wayfinding system, Büro North helped bridge operational differences across the buildings, ensuring a smooth transition between spaces and improving overall navigation.
The project also included the development of a detailed guideline to support the staged delivery of the wayfinding system over several years, allowing for gradual implementation without disrupting daily court activities. This approach not only enhanced user experience but also reinforced the efficiency and accessibility of the Supreme Court’s facilities, helping visitors navigate the complex environment with ease.
