Büro North was invited to develop the visitor experience strategy for the NGV Triennial, a world-renowned exhibition featuring over 100 artists and designers from 32 countries. The project spanned all four levels of NGV International and required a thoughtful approach to guiding visitors through diverse artistic experiences. Büro North focused on creating an intuitive, immersive journey that connected the exhibition’s various scales, geographies, and artistic disciplines. The experience strategy ensured that visitors could navigate effortlessly through the wide array of programs, performances, and installations while fostering deep engagement with the cutting-edge technologies and creative practices on display.
