Overview
Büro North was engaged by Lendlease and BVN Architecture to contribute to the new central precinct at Australian National University. As a university integral to its host city, ANU Kambri Campus presented  immense possibilities for connection and activation.

Our wayfinding strategy focused on strengthening the relationship with community and seamlessly integrating Kambri into the Canberra urban fabric. With a people-first design approach, this vibrant education and events precinct attracts students, industry and public to numerous new spaces, ensuring the campus heart is full of life and active year-round.

The premium new student experience provided by the Kambri campus directly contributes to high university rankings, increased student demand, and revenue growth. At every level, the Kambri precinct has infused ANU with a renewed sense of harmony and an unrivalled university experience, solidifying its position as a leading educational institution.

"the new campus centre is legible, calm and secure providing a new sense of harmony, and an unrivalled university experience”..
