Büro North’s user experience and wayfinding journey planning played a crucial role in the Revitalising Central Dandenong project, enhancing how residents and visitors interact with the urban environment.
As part of a large-scale transformation led by urban designers TCL and BKK Architects, the area has become a vibrant and accessible community. Büro North developed a comprehensive wayfinding strategy that connects key precincts, public spaces, and amenities.
By conducting extensive research and engaging with local stakeholders, Büro North identified the diverse needs of the community, from shoppers and commuters to local business owners.
The resulting wayfinding system includes clear signage, pedestrian pathways, and integrated digital tools that guide users intuitively through the space.
